Bookings

All bookings are made and confirmed by email.

Payments

Payment is due in full at the moment of the booking by PayPal.

Cancellation Policy

​

Classes cancelled 24hr before is due to commence can be done free of charge.

If cancellations are made under the 24hrs before the class is supposed to start, it will be considered as attended and fully charged. 

No Shows will result in full charge (100%) of the class.

If I need to cancel you will be given as much notice as possible with a minimum of 4hrs notice and offered the option to reschedule.

If classes need to be cancel due to circumstances beyond control such as emergency health situations, you will be offered the option to reschedule.

Note: I understand that life sometimes throw a curve ball or change suddenly, where possible flexibility will be offered in circumstances such as this and I endeavour to reschedule classes in the event of illness or exceptional circumstances. However, I reserve the right to enforce the principles outlined above and its decision will be final.
